开帖的时候,不小心设置了回复可见,本来的想,几个月没上儿教了,看看儿教是否还热闹依旧.没想到,真是热闹啊,两天就回复了几百个帖子. 其实我还是非常想和大家交流一下,象go math这类的教材,应该怎样使用才更好一些.所以我单独开了一个帖子,请大家多交流啊,兼听则明,一个人的思路还是太狭隘了. 我先把原帖那些字搬过来啊: 又有几个月没怎么上网，打开网页就看到lucyss同学发的，原来大家都还是这么勤勉啊。 想想自己潜水了好几个月，真是汗颜。 先献上儿子正在读的一套原版数学教材： go math, 省得子川妈责怪。 我传的是点读版，就是可以发出声音的。 这是这套教材的介绍： Go Math from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt

我发现儿教上已经有帖子讨论怎么用IPAD上播放PDF文档里的小喇叭。 IPAD上播放PDF里的小喇叭我用的是ezPDF Reader。越狱的可以直接安装，否则就只能itunes里买了。这个软件在IPAD中运行之后，要先点settings--> PDF Viewing Mode-->设置成slow/More,就可以看到小喇叭了 浏览这个go math的点读版，我是用的远程桌面控制的方式，就是先在自己的电脑中打开这个点读版。然后使用IPAD来远程控制桌面。软件的名字是Splashtop。这个软件可以把声音，视频的流都远程传到IPAD上。 也就是说IPAD要打开wifi，无线路由器打开，这样pc和IPAD在同一个网段。PC上和IPAD分别安装Splashtop的软件，pc端的软件进行简单的配置，比如设置密码。IPAD上执行Splashtop软件，就会自动找到PC，输入pc中设置的密码即可。 不越狱的IPAD就要iTunes用美刀买软件，俺还是声援正版的。 这个点读版是放在PC中看的，不用非得IPAD才能看。 有同学想要教师和练习册用书，我先记在这里，回头慢慢来，大家莫急。 [ 本帖最后由 snazkf 于 2011-8-29 17:47 编辑 ]

这几个月虽然潜水没上网，可也确实没有闲着。教会了儿子两个泳姿（蛙泳和仰泳）。因为儿子有些轻微咳喘，听说坚持游泳，增强体质，是很有效果的。所以提前培养兴趣，准备坚持到冬天。 从学习上也没有闲着，音乐方面得到音乐版的sofia和爱睿版主的指点，开始有计划的，坚持的听古典音乐了，当然俺也啃了不少这方面的书，对音乐家和演奏家不再陌生。不知多少个夜晚，正是伴着古尔德演奏的巴赫的戈德堡变奏曲，挑灯学习。 闲时俺也偶尔会去其他的网站逛逛，比如上海本地的旺旺网，下载IPAD软件的威锋网。但儿教是比较另类的，儿教于我而言，是清静之地，不浮不躁，没有什么戾气。主要也是俺是愚钝之人，教育孩子的很多事情要仔细想很久才想的通。 数学方面得到数学版的僵硬、骆驼版主和妖精的指点，开始了数学的启蒙教育。当然俺也又啃了好几本书。。。 对于学习，我是不喜欢太早开始教育的。我还是始终认为孩子在年幼的时候，应该多展开一些欣赏性的教育。让孩子学会欣赏，比如喜欢上音乐，学会欣赏音乐。喜欢上语数外科学，学会欣赏语数外科学。这样表面看别的孩子这个时期都已经开始识字上补习班，而我们什么都不会，但这里其实存在这一个厚积薄发的过程。开始的晚的孩子有可能进步更快,更有韧性. 反正不管怎么说，我儿子开学就大班了。因为生日小，晚上学，其实也是快六岁了。所以俺也很浮躁，于是就想着给儿子语数外科学齐头并进，同时开始正式的启蒙教育。 我做事情是比较喜欢做计划，虽说计划不如变化快。但计划可以只做框架，谋定大局，最多里面设置若干milestone来考察一些阶段成果。 最近儿子喜欢吟诵的一首诗：日出而作，日入而息，凿井而饮，耕田而食，帝力何有于我哉 听着这首诗，我也想初步尝试一下，尽量不上课外补习班，课外的学习，靠自己努力，是不是也能学好呢？ 仔细思量，才发现原来跟着学到的英语那一大堆的理论还真有问题。 假设一个孩子作业外的业余时间每天最多有4个钟头，一半的时间用于娱乐，那用来自己搞语数外的时间最多有两个钟头。 语数外这三门课，很容易知道权重也要按照语数外的顺序递减的。没有很好的语文理解能力，数学也搞不好。语文数学都搞不好，偏偏要学习洋文，肯定是要吃亏的。所以即使语数外均分，两个钟头除以3，每门学科也只有寥寥的四十分钟而已。作为琴童的家长，恐怕时间更是弥足珍贵。 看看我手里的英语资料，动画片，phonics，各种分级读物,资料真是要好几块硬盘才装得下。而且英语学习还分听说读写,都要去做吧。。。就算是读吧，还有不同的genre,有科普的,有奇幻的,有传记的,当然水平不济的还有分级读物,还有各种流行牛x的教材。。。。那么四十分钟到底能做什么呢，如果都不放弃的话,恐怕即使是浅尝辄止,也学不过来.当时我想到了大粽子,人家每天看片,只要肯坚持,每天40分钟,应该能有所成就,否则人家怎么会著书立传呢?如果目标仅是如此的话,恐怕40分钟是没有问题的.但是俺的目标显然不在于此.(此处略去若干字....) 我现在索性砍掉了动画片，phonics和各种分级读物，这下终于清净了。至于你信不信，我反正是信了。砍掉不少东西了，手里资料就不是特别多了，40分钟也就大致知道该做什么了。。。硬盘空间也出来了.儿子最近正在欣赏莫扎特,贝多芬,尤其迷恋巴赫的平均律.4张CD不知道听了多少遍.正好可以狂下载古典音乐 数学方面,僵硬大致说了课外学习数学应该达到的境界:那就是课外学的,可以做到和课内正在学的一点关系都没有.俺又联想到儿子最近一直在吟唱的一首诗:江南可采莲，莲叶何田田。鱼戏莲叶间。鱼戏莲叶东，鱼戏莲叶西，鱼戏莲叶南，鱼戏莲叶北。如果数学学习能象鱼儿一样逍遥自在,不受约束,该是多么理想啊.(此处继续省略若干字...) 大致说说go math吧,我儿子也只是刚刚开始学习,只是第一册而已.数学我比较反感一上来就以记忆为主，比如加减法练习速算，乘法上来先背99表什么的。我比较喜欢慢慢来，慢慢的扳手指也比机械记忆强。 相比之下go math有一些特点还是不错的： 1. 我儿子读的第一册，教材多以解决实际问题为主。这就避免了纯数字的加减法。 2. 非常强调数学方面用词的严谨性。比如这页就强调了一些单词比如add to, take apart等单词的用法。不要小看了这些，若干年的这样学习之后，用词就会非常准确了。 3.有声音。这样就不会只局限于看题，也可以听题。 不管怎么样，我也不会在数学上以这套教材为主线的。数学在生活中无处不在，在生活中发现数学，是学习数学的最好方法。 比如在加州语文，科学的一年级的教材中，都提到过测量温度，go math数学教材也很强调测量。而且都提到了有两种温度计，一种是测气温的，一种是测水温的。 儿子就在游泳池里发现了测量水温的温度计，弄白了怎么读数之后（我儿子好像连读出的数字越大，温度就越高，就越热都感到迷惑）。终于有点明白之后，他就立即把这个温度计给放到岸上了。这个举动其实是很让俺高兴的。因为他一定是想知道既然温度计有两种，测气温的和测水温的。那有啥区别呢。解惑的最好的方式不是问，而是自己去试。说实话，如果真问我，我也搞不清楚，为啥原版书一定要把温度计分成这两种。 这个例子就是说，我得观点还是要把精力放在生活实践中，鼓励探索，鼓励犯错。 所以这套go math权当作参考吧，下载这套教材的家长，也别太当真，毕竟孩子的业余时间有限，要根据自己孩子的实际情况制定好计划。 最后说两句， 竹直心虚乃吾友，水淡性泊是我师。 为人还是要正直虚心，淡泊平静才能真正教育好孩子。我们这些家长间讨论问题，也要知道哪些人可以作为朋友，哪些人可以作为老师啊

请对这套教材感兴趣的家长多捧捧场啊. 前几个月在少年宫碰到一个孩子,比我儿子大3个月,就是说当时还没有上学.这个孩子和我儿子玩了一会儿,就从包里拿出几张速算的卷子,我看有的卷子是加减法,这个孩子可以做的非常熟练.她说她已经不喜欢做加减法了,因为太简单.她现在喜欢做乘除法的卷子,我问了几个卷子上的乘除法,果然孩子都答对了.我儿子虽然一如既往的不服气,但是他连加减法都不熟练,甚至连什么是乘除法都不知道. 对于教育,其实我更加喜欢用一种培养孩子欣赏能力,培养孩子兴趣的方式. 比如英语阅读,我们最近也是刚刚开始正式独立阅读教育,使用的是加州treasures,和其他一些绘本.但是其实之前三年也没闲着,我给儿子讲了不少原版的绘本,儿子也看了少量的动画片.也就是从视觉上和听觉上,让孩子不排斥英语,到喜欢上英语.等到准备开始起步阅读了,在总量时间没有变化的情况下,阅读占用了一些时间,自然要砍掉其他的时间,我现在砍掉的就是动画片的时间.动画片作为吸引孩子眼球的作用,已经没啥帮助了.同时也缩减了听故事的时间,这样就确保了总量时间的基本不变.听了三年原版故事的孩子,开始阅读训练,会是什么样,我想大家也很容易猜的出来,因为有了真正的语感,当然是事半功倍了,而且朗读出来的东西,才是真正的英语.也不需要什么跟读了,也不用再使用什么罗塞塔软件去正音了.甚至连phonics都不用专门去学习了.几十本苏斯博士的故事的声音,断断续续听了三年,早就刻在了脑子里,专门再去学习phonics简直就是浪费珍贵的时间.
