打印加州一年级数学P372，在游戏中熟悉solid shapes 的corners.

变换数字就可以把游戏改成找对应数目的faces.

玩加州数学游戏时，手边放着sphere、cylinder、rectangular prism、

cube、cone & pyramid的实物，转到数字0，可以先数手边的实物，看哪一个solid shapes，有0个corners，找出cylinder后，将棋子走到对应的cylinder图形上。

玩几次后，孩子就不需要数实物了。

今天，新内容从第3遍起，儿教、我学。第4遍时，他“擅自”多加了一句，是儿听着玩儿时就几乎能复述的了。我故作惊讶状，儿一脸得意样，还很大度地说：“这句你可以不学！听我读就行了。”

重复的故事：Our New Dog，Disappearing Treasure

读中文故事，读到书名《提姆与莎兰大反串》，儿用升调重复了一遍：提姆与莎兰大反串？然后问什么是大反串。读到“有些火山会定期喷发”，他问什么是定期。生活中这样的问题更是数不胜数。儿的中文已足以应付生活中的交流了，但是随时都会遇到他能听清、能重复出来、却不明其意的词汇。通过复述不懂的词汇，他就可以向任何人发问并进一步学习了。联系英语的学习，目前的重点也许不在每词必懂，而在强化听、复述能力，达到如中文般，虽不明其意却能准确复述的程度？

儿要求听读level 8，由他。等我看时，不是平时的边听边读，而是边听边看书，嘴里有一搭没一搭地应付着。原本没想让他看书的，想看看纯听能听到哪种程度。谁料，他自个儿抱出了书，跟着音频的节奏翻阅。

听、复述、指读Genesis 2. 背Genesis 2 打印1-4页。

问儿“Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.”什么意思？很好奇儿对 from 的理解。他答：就是呢，God用那个男人的骨头（之前解释rib时，我去摸儿的肋骨，隔着毛衣的，他还是笑得东倒西歪；然后，让他摸了我的肋骨；但没告之中文）造了个女人，然后呢，带女人去见男人。还有后面的 for she was taken out of man,就是那个女人是从男人的肌肉里、哦不，是从骨头里弄出来的。除了我问的那句，还赠送了一句！用汉语告诉儿 rib 是肋骨。今晚去书店找幅图，让他看看rib and bone.对于后面句子里的for，儿还是不解的，也没想要他知道。终有他自悟出来的一天。

我们没有一句句翻译过所读过的Genesis，如果他问起这什么意思那什么意思，也很少直接告诉儿中文意思，用得最多的还是动作，辅以他能理解的英语解释。也怀疑过儿能否理解。今儿是第一次问他；前面也记述过儿要我解释句意，结果还是由他自己说出了他的理解。虽不甚准确，但大意是领会了的。看来，真是不要低估了孩子。

读到 Mr. Map did not trust the wolf! 儿问：什么是trust？You know the story about the boy and the wolf? 儿点头。The boy called: “Help! Here comes a wolf!” Farmers trusted the boy. They ran to help the boy. But the boy played a trick on them (体验里的). They were bamboozled（绘本：Disappearing Treasure 里的）. The boy called again and again. The farmers trusted him and ran to save him again and again. At last, a wolf came and the boy called:” Help! Here comes a wolf!” No one trusted him. Farmers didn’t trust him. And they didn’t run to help the boy. 儿似懂非懂地哦了一声。Do you trust the boy when he called “Help! Here comes a wolf!”? No. 但是我会看着，如果狼上去了，我就跟着它上山。But you are working in the field, how can you know the wolf is coming or not? 我一会儿转头看一看，一会儿再看看。Okay. Leo，if I call:” Help! Help! Here comes a wolf!” will you trust me and come to help? No. (That’s not the answer I want to hear.) Why? You don’t trust me? I’m your mother! 我们在家里，怎么可能有狼来嘛？


读2. Flying High: The small birds are busy. It is time for them to learn how to fly. They try hard to flap their wings. 读完，套用这句：Leo is busy. It is time for Leo to learn how to read. Leo tries hard to learn to read. Will you try hard? 点头。Can you fly? Yes, I can. 歪着脑袋，一脸调皮。Well, flap your arms! 后退几步: 边跳边扑打着“双翼”，跳起来时双脚努力向上提起，I can fly! I can fly! Yes! You can fly for a second! How can you fly to Hainan?
In the airplane. Brothers…You mean the Wright Brothers? 嗯，长大了，我要到他们那儿去，给他们送花。他们造了飞机。
