多谢惦记。孩子病了好几天了，肺炎。平时不觉得什么，孩子一病才知道一个人带孩子的辛苦。

娃娃大便的时候，我会问“便完了吗”，吃饭的时候，我问：“吃完了吗”，或者娃娃让我给他盖被子，我盖完被子，跟娃娃说，“妈妈帮你盖好了。”类似的情况我还经常碰到，不知道英文怎么说?可以说“Have you done with poop/lunch?"吗？或直接说”Finish?"/"Do you Finish?"

let’s find the corner and edge pieces first and build the frame. Then we can find the pieces of like colors and patterns. There’s a piece missing on the airplane. It’s the tail. You want to look for this piece? The cat is missing it’s eyes and feet! Do you want to help it find them?

Are you done pooping? Are you done eating/finished with your dinner? Cover up with the blanket.

这个我纯粹是瞎说了哈，因为没有过在美国划船的实践经验，这里都是试着翻译出来的，肯定不会地道或者精确。大家有经验的多出主意。

如果要说 I'll bathe the baby, 一定要用bathE，是动词，发音也不同。b-AY-th, 浊音。
take a bath, take a shower, 都好，或者淋浴直接说 let's shower，都可以。

我儿子喜欢跟大孩子赛跑，我经常在旁边喊加油，查了一下字典，发现cheer有这个意思，但没有单独用的，请问英文的类似表达？“预备开始”是不是Here you go./Here goes.

赛跑加油：Go! Go faster! Keep going!
预备，跑：Ready-steady-go!或者Ready- go!

我说句和英文没关系的话哈，怎么觉得这位妈妈平时和孩子的谈话有些太harsh了呢？上次没好意思说，命令和要求好像多了点哈。好多话虽然觉得也能翻译，但是怎么也想象不出来西方人会这么对孩子说话。其实语言是文化的载体，没有了文化的传递语言不过是个空壳，还是达不到交流的目的的。大家都惧怕Chinglish，但是我觉得其实把特别传统特色的中国文化教育用英文生硬讲出来才是真正的Chinglish呢。这样即使说出来的话洋人每个词都懂，也不会明白我们说的是什么意思。比如说西方人很少会问孩子，今天老师批评了没有，比如，美国人从小就告诉孩子不要挖鼻孔，是不文明的行为。所以如果真的要说这些话，大概还是直接用中文的好。

帮我把拖把洗一下。 Rinse the mop for me please!

　　来自己挖一口饭（菜）到嘴里。 Get/scoop a spoon of rice and put it into your mouth.
　　饭吃完了吗？菜呢？还有多少？快吃。 Are you done with your rice? What about the veggies? How much more do you have left? Eat it quick.（西餐吃饭不分主食和菜，只是有开胃菜，汤，撒拉，主餐，甜点等，所以不好说“菜”指什么）
　　快往下咽！咽不下去吗？ Swallow it! How come it’s so hard to swallow it down?
　　我嘴巴里还有（饭菜）。 I still have food in my mouth.

白萝卜就是turnip。大个儿的萝卜我都叫成turnips。radish是那种小红萝卜，我们春天买的头上有缨子的那种，北京人蘸酱吃的。

蛤蟆妈：孩子要好生照顾啊，很心疼吧。说到底，宝贝的身体健康最重要！我有时跟别人强调这一点，人都笑我：你养猪呢！他们不知道宝宝生病的所遭受的痛苦。
