1. Beconcentrate on what you are doing, finish one task after another. Don't let yourself interrupted by other things.2. 没想过对孩子说“男子汉”这个词。我一般是说： You are a big boy now, you have to learn to keep to your words. Don't behave like a baby...... you have to keep your promise...... you must not break your promise like a baby.You are a big brother, you have to keep your promise and set a good examplefor the little brothers and sisters.他们这些大班的孩子在托儿所常常帮忙老师（训练他们当大哥哥/姐姐）照顾小弟弟、小妹妹的。所以就借机会用他们来教导孩子做个好榜样了。
