周五至周日,我家小子读Tommy Tales 的第13、14本书。
一词多义时,他总能恰当地说出正确的含义
小子又给我重读了加州教材treasures第二册里的三篇文章:
who is who at school? making muffins and a friend, Mr.Putter &Tabby pour the tea。
动画片看《星球大战--克隆战争》。
真人影片看《star wars》《史酷比》。
听了七个半小时的《哈里波特》第五部。
录制了他朗读的 Tommy tales 的第8个故事及《chatterbox》第四册的一篇文章。
Treasures第二册friendship已经学完,小子写了一篇作文(红字是他拼写错的单词):
My friend Josh
I have many friends in my school, but my best friend is Josh. We have been friends since
the first day we met.
He is nine years old. He is short and fat. But he is very smart. His favourite food is pizza
and his favourite colour is blue. His favourite class is Science. He is the best student in
our class.
He is good at football too. I could never beat him. He is on our school football team.
Allthou(Although) Josh is a very good student, he sometimes make (makes) mistakes. Last
time he almost got dround (drowned) in the river.
He is a funny person too. He likes to tell jokes, and funny stories.
When I can't answer a question, I always go to my smart but funny friend Josh!
第一段一开始他没写 We have been friends since the first day we met ,
最后一段他写的是:This is my friend Josh.
我跟他说书中的范文里的We have been friends since we were four years old.写得好,
可以借鉴,但不能照抄。最后一段写得太平淡,要写一个有supporting detail的结尾。
我家小子一开始想写:We have been friends since the first day I went to school.
往本上写时,写不下了,他想了想,改成:We have been friends since the first day we met.
最后一段,他把原先写的This is my friend Josh.蹭掉了,改成When I can't answer a question,
I always go to my smart but funny friend Josh!
