军表曾经是表迷们最不屑一顾的品种。二十世纪七、八十年代，上海旧表店里的美国军表几十块钱一只都没有人买，在越南、菲律宾、缅甸，用一包蹩脚香烟就能换回一只黑面军表，仅有个别奥米茄、浪琴等有名的牌子才卖到百元左右。到了九十年代，形势急转直下，军表突然成了表迷们热衷收藏的题材。在这股风潮吹到国内前夕，港商、日商已捷足先登，抢去了上海、广州、北京等地存量极大的“美军剩余物资”，现在已不太容易见到保有状况完好的四十年代的军表了。其实，军表大多是批量很大的军方订货，而且要求手表工艺必需简单，便于维修；零件要通用，以降低保养费用；装饰要取消，机芯往往粗糙如半成品；成本要低廉，较多采用铜合金、镍合金壳；要经撞经摔，外形笨重难看。加上军人大多不会精心保护手表，所以流传至今，都是斑驳陈旧。军表热实际是国际上八十年代末钟表收藏潮的副产物。随着收藏钟表越来越流行，许多外国围的表迷也跃跃欲试，无奈羞涩，只能找些低价位的表过过瘾，于是军表以较大的存世量，较多的品牌和较低的价格成为新一轮收藏的热点。这里以国别区分介绍几个军表中的精品。　　casio追光系列-户外登山钛合金手表-prg-50t />　　现代军表Luminox知名于全球，就在于它是为现今美国海军的海、陆、空三栖特种部队－海豹部队(SEALSS)所开发，并且已成为其标准制式用表。在2003年第二次美、伊战争中，美国空军执行主要轰炸任务的F-117夜鹰式隐形战斗机，所有的飞行员便是随身佩带Luminox。许多政府机构，像是联邦调查局FBI、麻药管制局DEA，海上巡防队、国家警备队、SRT、肯塔基州州警、迈阿密水警等也采用了Luminox。不但如此，许多知名的动作片电影巨星，例如史蒂芬席格、乔治克隆尼等均在其所主演的电影中佩带Luminox，藉以诠释所饰演的角色。近来更是日本偶像连续剧乃至于美国好莱坞动作电影中的常客，从最近的日本人气明星木村拓栽，到黑人电影明星威尔史密斯等人都是LUMINOX的爱用者喔！！　　Luminox在拉丁语的意思即为「明亮的夜晚」，透过这个名字就可预知此表款全系列中所能呈现的夜光系统有多么强大。　　Luminox表款比其它的手表多了一道独特的制造步骤──将含氚的特殊发光性气体，强力填充至微小的玻璃管中，经雷射密封后再放入每只手表内，在绝无放射线外泄之虞下，产生稳定且高亮度的光源。这项昂贵且先进的夜光系统设计，是Luminox 有别于其它手表的一大特色。这种用于手表中的发光微型气灯技术，可说是目前复合荧光工业中的最先进发展，它的夜光系统亮度是其它传统夜光涂料的百倍以上，使用寿命更可长达25年。　　这些微型气灯分别装置在手表的时针、分针、秒针和面盘的整点刻度上，另外在外环的12点钟方向也装有此种夜光指示，让配戴者在黑暗中也能一目了然，提供了更完美的易读性。Luminox手表上的面盘及指针的夜光系统可自行发光，不像传统的夜光手表般，需要吸收外界的光源后才能发挥其功用，当然也不需要像电子发光板的手表要启动按钮来照亮手表面板。Luminox的此种独特照明技术已经是美国军方长久以来指定采用的照明技术，并已订立为美军标准规格MIL-W-4637 4F。　　Luminox的开发构想源于1993年，当时的美国海军海豹部队预备寻找一种夜间任务中能使用的潜水表款，于是在瑞士RBMG公司的协助下，历时九个月的开发，标准海军海豹部队潜水表在1994年正式发表上市，并命名为Luminox（至今所有表款仍都在瑞士生产）。在成为美国海军海豹部队供货商的同时，Luminox也奠定了其可靠性，并激增了在一般市场的销售竞争力。　　在1999年，Luminox开始为配戴在美国空军F117夜鹰式轰炸机的飞行员进行了新表款的开发，这款手表与海豹部队用表具有相同的品质特色，同时Luminox与飞机制造商洛克希德马丁公司商谈，得到授权发展独特而完整的相关表款，即将能够联系许多独特的战斗机种，如F-16－代号毒蛇的战隼式战斗机、全新的F-22猛禽式隐形战斗机、1960年代屡创纪录SR-71黑鸟轰炸机，甚至还有下一代的航天飞机－冒险之星，Luminox与NASA也有了串联。　　从最顶尖的军用表到太空表，涵括了实用、炫目以及强大的功能，Luminox大放异彩的时代即将来临！　　<img
