我尝试七田真的手触法，以前我孩子每次感冒或者喉咙痛、咳嗽都要好几天才好。自从用了手触法，在孩子睡着后用右手放在他额头默念然后再放到他患处默念总共大概感15分钟。第一次做是孩子有点咳嗽，做了后第二天就好了。感冒流鼻涕每次这么做后第二天就会好，以前通常至少三天还要吃药方好。现在我已经连续尝试过四次这么做了，药都不用吃。有一次孩子喉咙痛，做了没吃药也好了。以前往往发展到要吃抗菌素。此帖由 bump 在 2005-07-27 19:49 进行编辑...

看后，很受震动，是一个很好的主意。我的已经2岁10个月了，上幼儿园四个月后，才开始不哭，很不情愿，但还是和妈妈再见。

我2个星期前看到这版块，正赶上宝宝正式不用尿不湿，前几晚都尿床了，回家也给宝宝进行了解决晚上尿床的暗示，具体如下：

先将手措热，开合几次手掌，然后将手放到宝宝额头上，对她小声说：宝宝睡着了，宝宝在做梦那，宝宝真乖，妈妈好爱宝宝，宝宝长大了，可讲卫生了，晚上要尿尿的时候，就告诉妈妈，爸爸、妈妈、姑姑（白天是姑姑带宝宝）都夸宝宝是乖孩子。

到昨天为止，宝宝一次也没再尿床，并从晚上尿4、5次，到现在只11点左右一次，然后就一睡大天亮了。

非常的不可思议，但是同意rainbow,小巫也说过安全感的构建对孩子是莫大的鼓舞，相信用爱而不仅仅是功利的改变孩子是有效的，但是觉得让2岁以下的孩子有这个方法不随意小便似乎有些拔苗助长

昨天晚上攻读这个帖子的时候还觉得悬，想到洋洋白天总是尿裤子，天亮下来后镇么办呢？要是实把或者尿尿之前表示哟下就好了，当时样样已经睡觉，我也只是想想而已，想不到今天下班后我妈说洋洋一天也没有尿湿一条裤子，有妈妈说不用说话意念也可以，我这是和洋洋心意相同吗？不知道是不是巧合太神奇了，这是从来也没有的事情

前些日子看到本主题，就给我家逸逸试了两次，一次基本成功，一次失败： 第一次：我在逸逸睡着后不久，就跟逸逸说：逸逸在妈妈心中是最棒的好宝宝，妈妈最爱逸逸了，逸逸是一个整洁、爱干净的好宝宝，晚上逸逸想尿尿时，就喊妈妈，妈妈帮逸逸坐盆盆拉尿尿，床上就会一直很干净清爽，逸逸睡得很舒服。这以后逸逸就很少尿床，有时自己爬起来指指尿盆，有时闭着眼睛喊妈妈，偶尔太累了、睡前喝水多了，还是会尿床。有一次闭着眼睛说尿尿，妈妈起来一摸，已经尿过了，真是哭笑不得。 第二次：想让逸逸在早教班上跟老师互动得好一些，就在宝宝入睡后跟他讲了上课时跟老师一起唱、一起跳的情景。可是第二天上课时逸逸却总要离开教室，比平时还差。失败！
