我儿子在奔跑后，剧烈活动后，就会咳嗽，贴着背听，胸口有哨声，直至睡着，很难受的，可我也不知如何是好，医生说不要剧烈活动，孩子不肯呀，怎么办？各位，帮帮忙！

孩子多大呀？听你说的应该是哮喘或是气管痉挛，真的不要剧烈活动！！
如果平时没这种症状，可以不用太担心，如果平时也有，真要注意，去医院详细检查一下。

In westen world, those children who are suffering from exercise induced asthma, are encourage to continue their activities after they have taken some drug to prevent the asthma. So consult your pediatrician.

I don't think it is a wise way to give any medication to your child before you consult your pediatrician.
I can only give you suggestion base on your information. It may be totally wrong.
Your child need to be confirmed the diagnosis by your doctor.
