Mother's day 2007__a poem to all moms

Today, I got my second Mother's day gifts from my son although all these gifts were made with the help of his school teacher, not completely by himself). They are great! One is a plant in a pot which he painted.  The other is a poem printed on a green paper with his palm paint, colored flowers, and stars.

It is a very touching poem I would like to share with all moms:

Sometimes you get discouraged
Because I am so small,
And I'm always leaving finger mark
On furniture and walls,
But everyday I'm growing
And soon I'll be so tall,
That all my little handprints
You'll remember with a smile,
On Mother's Day 2007
When I was a child.

今天儿子回家给我念刚学的游子吟

慈母手中线，游子身上衣
临行密密缝，意恐迟迟归
谁言寸草心，报得三春晖
