现在有钱就在自己个人在意的地方弄好点, 装修最多20年的周期, 太强调局部意义不大, 反正到时再全部重来的

总电表至少要18位电箱,

另外,还是要保留双卫生间的，客卫简单,主卫就是装来了享受的，

否则,买个两层干吗呢，

<font color="#006400">唉，舍不得房子本身装好的线~~到时候我再看看线路，尽可能地多几个回路。
楼上卫生间可能不改不行了，毕竟更想有一个装衣服的房间，这样卧室更宽敞，也算一种享受吧。

我也来算个帐：
厨房拆掉了通往生活阳台的门带窗的墙，大约有1.5米X0.24=0.36平方米；
楼上对应的那个位置的墙也没砌筑，大约有2.4米X0.24=0.576平方米；
因为没砌那道墙，同时在卧室靠窗户那边的位置开了门洞，楼上对应着楼下生活阳台的位置就被用上了（那位置原来是不可利用的），那建筑面积是2平方米；

0.36+0.576+2=2.936平方米这2.936平方米多少钱来着？ <img src='images/smiles/tongue-out.gif' smilietext=':tongue-out:' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt=':tongue-out:' title=':tongue-out:' />

个人意见：主卧卫生间应扩大，电线跟地板应选好。（外行，见笑了）

凡事预则立，不预则废。我在去年11月份已经准备好了2立方米的木条，用来做龙骨以及装修用。而且是40X50的，全是1988年的旧料……

那位置是用加气砖砌的，现在这样子可能不对我的口味。象现在这样上楼时人得先旋转90度，才能开始上楼梯。看天堑的说法，我觉得应该把前面加成一平台似的，甚至于再向餐厅这边扩张一点，人上了平台后再转向，两边加上铁花锻件，就有点宽敞的感觉，类似于大旋转楼梯的起步。

所以我说建楼有益啊，本来只是想把那楼梯口的踏步砌满了事的~~
