谁给BB吃过纽崔莱的蛋白质粉？效果好吗？

我认为一开始吃一点这种补品，提高食欲，同时注意少吃零食，把三餐培养好，养成良好的习惯。小孩重点在于食补，各方面的营养加上去。各种补品只可能是某一方面的营养，而且人工的东西太多，影响很难说。小孩食欲上去，平时食物方面注意搭配，调理，身体自然好。我女儿以前也一直生病，不爱吃饭。现在，我给她吃牛乳素，同时重点在食物方面的调理，现在身体不错，幼儿园老师都说她现在吃饭很好，胃口不错，可以坚持上幼儿园了。

我儿子母乳只吃了四个月,从小没断牛奶,现在刚刚三周岁,除了临睡前一杯奶,加上一粒Vc和一粒复合Vb,再加早餐后一杯奶,其他什么也没补,很活泼可爱健康聪明.
不用太迷信所谓的各种补品,实在体质差,找个好中医调理一下,再饮食上下点工夫,宝宝肯定好好!蛋白质嘛__奶,鱼,各类肉肉,全都有,何必花那种无谓的钱.养成好的饮食习惯是最最重要的,不可能总靠吃药物的!
