父母教育方式与个性对小学生学习成绩影响研究

李燕芬1,李廷杰1,邹宇华1,梁桂玲2　　【摘要】　目的　探讨父母教育方式和学生个性对小学生学习成绩的影响,为培养学生良好个性的形成及学习成绩的提高提供依据。方法　应用《艾森克个性问卷儿童修订版(ＥＰＱ儿童版)》及《家庭教育方式量表(ＥＭＢＵ)》对424名小学生进行问卷调查。结果　父母教育方式与小学生学习成绩关系密切,子女学习成绩与父母采取情感温暖、理解的方式呈正相关,与父母严厉、惩罚、拒绝、否认、过分干涉呈负相关。ＥＰＱ的Ｐ,Ｅ,Ｎ3个维度的个性特质对学习成绩也有一定的影响。结论　父母教育方式和学生自身个性对学习成绩有一定影响,父母应采取情感温暖、理解、民主的教养方式,培养子女形成良好个性,从而促进子女成绩的提高。【关键词】　教育;方法;个性;父亲;母亲;学习;学生【中图分类号】　Ｒ395.6　Ｇ78　【文献标识码】　Ａ　【文章编号】　1000 02　　随着医学和教育事业的发展,智力开发、个性培养和家庭教育方式已成为人们关注的一个重要课题。有研究表明,学生学习成绩与家庭教育方式及学生个性有密切关系[1]。但现有文献多从其中一个方面进行研究。为进一步探讨学生的学习成绩与以上2者的关系,2002年3月笔者对广州市小学生进行了问卷调查,结果如下。1　对象与方法1.1　对象　以广州市海珠区同福中第一小学四～六年级的小学生为对象,按分层整群抽样的原则,抽取435名年龄为10～13岁的小学生。调查时发出问卷435份,回收有效问卷410份,其中男生196名,女生214名。1.2　方法　(1)应用《艾森克个性问卷儿童修订版(ＥＰＱ儿童版)》及《家庭教育方式量表(ＥＭＢＵ)》对小学生进行问卷调查。(2)学习成绩为上学期期末学校统考语文、数学、英语成绩的平均分,其中Ａ表示4分,Ｂ表示3分,Ｃ表示2分,Ｄ表示1分;100分制则按Ａ≥90分,80分≤Ｂ<90分,60分≤Ｃ<80分,Ｄ<60分换算,再按上述Ａ,Ｂ,Ｃ,Ｄ转化为统一标准。4.0分定为成绩优秀组,3.0～3.9分定为中等组,小于3.0分定为差组。(3)调查资料经量化后用Ｅｘｃｅｌ2000建库,经ＳＡＳ8.0软件包进行统计分析。2　结果与分析2.1　父母教育方式各因子与学习成绩相关分析　见表1。小学生的学习成绩与父母的情感温暖、理解呈正相关;与父母的拒绝、否认、严厉、惩罚呈负相关,差异有显著性。父母对子女的过分干涉、过度保护及偏爱与学习成绩的相关无统计学意义。3　讨论　　研究证实,家庭的教育态度、教育方式和家庭背景对学生个性培养、学习成绩有很大影响,而对个性形成起着重要作用的首先是家庭。生活在单亲家庭的孩子往往很悲观,心情孤僻,遇到不顺心的事易钻“牛角尖”,但具有坚强、果断的一面[2]。因此,对于单亲家庭的孩子应多采用鼓励的方式,提高他们的自信心,有利于健全他们的人格。　　本次研究表明,小学生的学习成绩与父母的情感温暖、善于理解的教育方式呈正相关,而与父母的拒绝、否认,严厉、惩罚的教育方式呈负相关。因此,父母对孩子应采取情感温暖、理解、民主的教养方式,以培养具有良好个性的孩子,从而促进其成绩的提高。　　学生个性对学习成绩也有很大影响[3,4],本研究结果显示,学习成绩优、中、差生组的ＥＰＱ测试中,Ｎ,Ｅ维度差异有显著性,成绩优秀组Ｎ分明显低于成绩较差组,而Ｅ分则高于成绩较差组,表明成绩优秀组趋向于外向、稳定的个性。个性是影响学习成绩的重要因素之一。情绪稳定性(Ｎ)、性格外向(Ｅ)均与学习成绩呈正相关,精神质(Ｐ)与学习成绩呈负相关,说明个性外向稳定或倾向于外向稳定及乐群性强的人学习成绩好,具有情绪不稳定、焦虑、紧张、易怒等心理障碍性格特点者学习成绩差,过度内向的学生常不能协调自我与外环境的矛盾,存在着内心矛盾的不可解性,心理上不成熟,容易表现出对正常外环境的约束、要求、限制等不协调的心理倾向,从而影响学习成绩。因此,小学生应形成良好的个性与健全的人格。　　父母用严厉、惩罚等的经验方式去教育子女已与时代不适应,它不但易使子女产生抵触、不满情绪,形成逆反心理,而且对学习成绩的提高极为不利。父母应该在良好家庭氛围中关注和培养子女的健全人格,对不同时期、不同性别的儿童分别进行心理辅导。父母应面对现实,对子女学习成绩不能期望过高,成绩落后是多方面的原因造成的,积极帮助孩子找出原因,多鼓励、少批评,逐步提高,特别是母亲在积极提高自身素质的同时,多给予子女关爱,互相理解,多与子女沟通,有助于子女的健康成长。更多精彩文章尽在梦翔教育　http://www.2itedu.com/<img
