张国荣于昨晚（2003/04/01）6：40坠楼身亡，抢救无效晚8点死亡。享年46岁。
留有遗书，称在一年轻男子与唐之间难以抉择，倍受煎熬，作此下策。

一代巨星张国荣去世周年忌即将到来，一首不带任何商业色彩、由哥哥的经纪人陈淑芬填词以纪念张国荣的歌《烟花烫》日前推出。MV中不仅有张国荣在世时的音容笑貌，还收录了哥哥的密友唐唐(唐鹤德)的多个镜头。
　橘红色题字思故人
在这支不带有任何商业色彩的MV的开头，由橘红色火焰组成的三个字“烟花烫”便映入眼帘，随着前奏的响起，一排橘红色的小字接踵而至--“送给我越来越思念的故友，也代表我深深的谢意，送给所有疼他、欣赏他和怀念他的歌迷及朋友”。尽管只有简单而直白的寥寥数语，但已将哥哥经纪人陈淑芬的心情一览无余。
　经典镜头展现音容笑貌
　当MV的画面转换到哥哥那张神采飞扬的遗照以及那辆装满白色鲜花的灵车时，一个男声开始用国语演唱道：“是谁那么慌，剪破四月的时光……”这样一个伤感的开头不禁让人感慨不已，将大家的思绪带到去年的4月。接下来一句“飞鸟和别姬都碎在镜子里”，MV的画面又转换到了张国荣在电影《阿飞正传》和《霸王别姬》中的经典镜头，不羁的青年阿飞和人戏不分的程蝶衣展示了张国荣在电影方面的最高成就。
　多组唐唐镜头闪现其中
　在这支MV中，除了收录了无数哥哥当年的音容笑貌之外，还有一位与他最亲近的密友--唐唐走进了镜头。当歌曲渐进，唱到“永把当年情不忘，在人间在天上还是你我一生中最爱”时，多组张国荣和唐唐在一起的镜头也一一闪现，两人笑脸盈盈，满面春风。
　哥哥手持烟花挥舞
　在“梦死醉生烟花烫”歌词中，歌曲进入到高潮，而配合歌曲的画面转换到了哥哥手持美丽的烟花挥舞的镜头。MV中的哥哥带着一脸温暖的笑容。陈淑芬近日在接受采访时曾表示，之所以将这首歌取名为《烟花烫》是有深意的，“烟花”代表美丽而短暂，“烫”则代表疼痛的感觉。
