一不留神，大盗要升高中了

I got a cold today, a terrible cold. I suddenly woke up early in the morning, it's dark outside, others were still sleeping while I was feeling uncomfortable and couldn't fell asleep again. My mouth was terribly dry! I could hardly say a word. My head was really heavy, and what I felt was that there was something strange with my throat. I found that I was ill.
'Help,' I thought, 'what should I do?' then I began to speak, actually, I tried to speak. 'Mom....Mom!' I cried.
'What's the matter?'
'I don't feel good, I must have a cold!' I said.
'See? I have told you not to have such a long shower, so, enjoy yourself now!'
When I heard that remark, I got angry but could say nothing. I really wanted to have something to drink, but it's dark and cold outside, and I was so tired that I fell asleep again.

And, what happened then? You may ask. Nothing. I just got up after hours later, drank a lot of hot water, and I felt much better in the afternoon.

哈哈，孩子控诉啦，妈妈在孩子生病的时候不能翻老账哦，这感冒可不一定是洗澡，我的症状也差不多，可能是传染的。

已经抗议过了...随便诋毁我的形象！

其实，我们都不记得是怎么说的了，睡得迷迷糊糊的

不过，我是有抱怨的毛病，虽然在努力克制改正中

那天晚上，小盗已经在被窝里了，我在洗澡，她非要我和小盗去她那里睡...

结果，三个被子扯得纵横交错，一点儿也不暖和...

A healthy lifestyle

For everyone, a healthy lifestyle is important. But, how can we keep it?

First, we should have a healthy food style. Don't eat junk food often, once a week is okay.

Also, you should have vegetables and fruits everyday. Try to like them, then you will have a healthy body.

And don't forget to exercise. Everyone should have a favorite sport. Mine is skating, and I also usually go hiking. That can not only keep me healthy but bring happiness to me as well.

A healthy lifestyle bring us a colorful life.

偶发现，英文原版好贵...
而且，貌似不少网上书店都缺货，
电子书也找不到...

开学了，大人孩子都忙啊...

为了调节和放松，最近周末开始去爬山，感觉真不赖...

而且，网上一搜，发现周边有N多古道...
以后周末有事做了，挨个慢慢爬吧

今天爬山竟然看到了好几株灵芝...
