Vicky老师今天课后提的问题。
我听见论坛有不少声音要求老师把书细细地讲,慢慢地讲,但Vicky老师现在正担心目前两周一本书的进度低于孩子们读书的速度而有可能会使孩子们厌烦。
大家看看吧。
首先我们得知道,这些泛读课的教学目的是什么。泛读课与精读课所承担的教学任务与目的肯定不一样的。
It seems most of the children read the entire Boxcar book during the first week. Is it still best to only discuss 1/2 of the book at a time or would you rather I assign a book a week? Whatever you think best is fine with me. I don't want to leave any readers behind, but I don't want the children to become bored with the series either. I have plenty of information either way - I was just wondering. It seems the children are pretty good readers. They have trouble pronouncing some unfamiliar words, but they have very good comprehension. They are very expressive in their oral reading, also. I am impressed with their abilities at this young age. :-) They also LOVE to share their ideas. Hee hee! I'm learning how important the raising of the hand can be. :-) |
