一直在这里学习、交流，获益匪浅。可是放假期间没时间，也没来到儿教，我的楼和再给个楼留言的记录都没有了。以前的朋友需要一个个找回，很是郁闷。

这是怎么回事呢？

13日开学，寒假结束了。

整个寒假，孩子休息得比较好，各种活动也没少参加，总之很愉快。

今年没有回老家，除了在线英语外，没有其它补习班，元元的闲暇时光比较多。她没事时会弹弹琴，写写日记，写写诗什么的。日记和诗都是记录的寒假元元参加的各种活动，她写的很轻松。元元用它来交在线英语老师的作业，被老师大力表扬了一翻。于是，她开始更用心地创作啦！她把和好朋友的友情写了下来，把每天走向学校时所观察和感受到的内容都用朴实的句子表达了出来。老师继续鼓励她，她继续写。。。。我非常感谢那个老师，她是元元一生中的贵人之一。

孩子有了经历和感受，还有闲暇时间去品味和记录，再加一个贵人相助，小诗人就要炼成了：）

开学两天了，我最关注的事就是睡眠了，除了每晚督促孩子早点睡，其它的我基本不管了。

昨晚元元放学后说想吃我煮的八宝粥和炒的菜，我就在厨房忙着给她做，等我出来的时候，发现元元自己在电视上看数学视频，内容是平行四边型。我心里一笑，想：寒假里她没有预习，这会儿还是知道要抓紧学习了。看来，只要我不急，不多干预，孩子慢慢会自己替自己考虑，自主学习也就慢慢跟上了。毕竟，学习是她自己的事！

长笛她自己坚持得也不错，只要有空就会吹吹，只可惜，有时作业多没有时间练习。

Jan 21st
Dear diary
I visited Nemo today! She is my best friend Sarah’s dog. Nemo is two years old now. She is our sunshine and always makes us smile. She is white with two big eyes and a little nose. She is fluffy and fat (she is cute, isn’t she?). When I went in to Sarah’s house, she wagged her tail and barked at me with a friendly smile. When we were watching TV, she lay on the floor so we all put our legs on her fluffy body. But she jumped up with a doggy grin, so all of our bodies fell to the floor. Everybody laughed. I wanted to stand up, but Nemo was putting her legs on me. “Nemo, please get off” I said. She didn’t get up, but looked at me with a wide grin on her face. “Nemo, quick! Get off Alice!”
Sarah said. But she stayed there, wagging her tail. So Aunt Lee(Sarah’s mom) finally said :”Ok, you win!”
She took out a bag of meat. Nemo happily ran to the meat and ate them all. After eating it, she returned to me and licked my face. When dinner was ready, Nemo sat under the table drooling, her eyes begging:” Please! Let me have some!” But Sarah shook her head and said” No, you already had enough meat for today”. Just then, the telephone rang, and everybody turned their attention to the phone. When Sarah hung up the phone, I looked at the table. The meat was all gone! Not a little bit was left. “Nemo!” I shouted. Nemo sat there, with a winning grin again. How could you be mad at a cute dog like Nemo?

Dear diary:
Today, my little cousin John and his family came to visit. John is seven years old and very cute. He believes magic is real. I played a magic trick for him. First, I got a piece of red cloth. Then I put it in my fist. Later the red cloth disappeared. John was so surprised that his mouth opened wide and he kept asking,” But where did it go?” “It’s a secret,” I said. “But where did the red cloth go?” John asked again. Then he started to beg me to teach him the trick. I certainly didn’t want to tell him the trick, but he pleaded repeatedly. At last, I agreed. “Here, watch closely.” I said,” This is a fake thumb. I actually put the cloth into this fake thumb, and then I ware the fake thumb on my real thumb. You didn’t discover it because your whole attention is on my left hand” He stood there for a second and said,” But…but this is a fake magic!” He finally said,” I don’t want to learn fake magic. Can you please teach me some real magic?” he asked. I laughed and laughed. I didn’t tell him all magic is fake. I just wanted to let him wonder in his own world where magic is real.


Jan 29th
Dear diary
Today I went skating on Yu yuan tan lake. After I put on my skates, I skated slowly on to the middle of the lake. I felt the smooth ice under my feet and breathed the cool, fresh air. Then I started to skate around and around in the middle of the lake. I had taken ice skating lessons, so I could skate pretty well. I spun and jumped, doing all kinds of professional movements. About 50 pairs of eyes stared at me, and I felt my face turning red. After a while，I was hot from jumping and spinning, so I took off my coat and revealed my pink sweater. Again, I skated to the middle, putting on foot in front of another one. I felt I was an elegant princess on the lake.

Dear diary
Today I watched the movie《Princess Diary》. After watching the movie, I decided I had to make myself more like a princess. I looked into the mirror and thought for a long time. “I know! I need to cut my bangs shorter because they are too long for a princess!” I cried suddenly. Then I picked up my scissors and closed my eyes. (I didn’t know how to cut my hair) Slash, Slash! I heard the sound my scissors made above my eyebrows. I opened my eyes, “oh, no!” I shouted, the left part was too long and the right part was too short! So I closed my eyes again and put my scissors up to my forehead to trim them. “Slash!” I opened my eyes and looked into the mirror. But I had cut the left part too short! Finally, I called mom, and my mom came running to me. Although she helped me cut my hair even, it was far too short. “You are my funny little princess!” mom laughed and I laughed too.

Dear Diary
I went skiing with Sarah, Helen and Tina today! (They are my 3 best friends) We all got up early because we were too excited to sleep. When we arrived at Wan Long Ba Yi ski resort, the weather was good. The warm sun shone on us, and the sky was as clear as the ocean. My mood was also good. I put on the ski suit, hat, ski goggles and got ready for skiing. The ski teacher first asked us to ski down the middle lane. I was a little nervous at first, but when I skied down the slope, I felt like I was flying. The wind whooshed pass my hair! Skiing is the thing I love to do and when I'm skiing, I feel like nothing can stop me. I was as free as a little bird and I could fly anywhere I wanted! After the first slide, the teacher said that I was the best one, so I was happy! We stayed there all day long, and by the time we had to go home, I looked back at highest ski slope and thought:” Next time, I will slide down the highest and longest slope!”

On the way to my school

On the way to my school, there are a lot of birds.
Cuckoos, sparrows, robins and blue jays,
Singing charming pieces of music.
Sometimes, they sit on the highest branches of the highest trees,
Sometimes, they soar above houses and buildings,
Always watching us with sweet smiles on their faces.

On the way to my school, there are a lot of trees.
Some stand straight like soldiers,
Some dance and stretch like little girls, a little bit shy.
When a breeze is blowing, the leaves on the trees sing a melody,
Then they flow down from the tree, dancing and spinning with the wind.
They protect us from the heat of the sun and the pouring rain.

On the way to my school, there are several lakes.
Summertime, the water is as calm as a mirror; lily pads fill the lakes and lotus bloom.
When it rains, rain drops make a pitter batter sound in the lake.
Wintertime, the water freezes into ice,
Reflecting the warm sunshine to our hearts.
The lakes beautify the school and make us glad.

On the way to my school, there are a lot of gently rolling hills.
Some are like giants, big and strong.
Some are so teeny weeny that we can jump over them.
The hills spread out as far as we can see.
They make our school a land of nature and happiness.

On the way to my school, I can feel the world!
Singing birds, dancing trees, beautiful lakes and rolling hills.
What a joyful journey!

I met you eight years ago at a park.
When I looked into your eyes,
I knew, from then on,
We would be best friends forever.

In spring, when trees grew and flowers bloomed,
We sat on the hillside and listened to the birds sing.
We looked up into the sky, as blue as the ocean,
And felt the warm sun touch our faces.

In summer, we laid on the soft green grass and talked to the crickets.
When it was too hot, we jumped into the pool,
