我朋友的孩子，在三岁时脸上和胳膊上发现有一些小疙瘩,这种小疙瘩有点像我们大人长的酒刺，长成时，小疙瘩的上面有白尖，但没长成时，硬抠它，会有疼痛的感觉.现在孩子八岁了,越来越严重，脸、上臂、大腿和屁蛋都有；皮肤很粗糙 不痛不痒而且面积很大 ,孩子平时喝水不少,也很爱出汗,有小包的地方颜色比周围皮肤略深，胳膊和脸上的发黑,屁蛋上的小包是发红。
我的朋友很着急，到附近的医院看，一直找不到病因，现在孩子越来越严重，很不好看，不知道有没有这方面的专家或谁家的宝宝有这样的症状，希望得到大家的指点与帮助！！！
