一个真实的悲惨故事!一生只有八小时<span>发生在第九世界的故事 　　大塘村是贵州从江县最大的一个村，拥有2500多人口，密密麻麻的吊脚楼分布在宽广高峻的月亮山东麓。居住在这里的人全部是苗族，他们人均耕地不足7分，全部经济收入就靠种田，养猪只是到年底犒劳犒劳自己。因为经济落后，交通闭塞，这里的人常常自称自己来自第九世界&mdash;&mdash;月亮山区是从江县的第三世界，从江县是贵州省的第三世界，而贵州省又是中国的第三世界，合起来这里正好是第九世界。 <img 2004年10月3日中午1点，吴健智就降生在大塘村237号一个贫穷的农民家里。这家人和村里的很多人一样，多数赤着脚，连3到5元一双的贵州3537厂生产的解放鞋都买不起。而生一个孩子则是吴健智母亲嫁入吴家大门之后的最大夙愿，否则她就会感到在亲友面前抬不起头来。老天不负，他们在结婚后的第一年里，就怀上了孩子。但他们家庭实在运气不佳。 <img 由于不堪忍受拖拉机的颠簸，在母亲体内孕育了7个月后，吴健智的大姐在一次母亲搭乘拖拉机回家的途中，急急忙忙地来到世界上，结果很快就失去了生命。这一悲剧并没有引起吴健智母亲的重视，她在第一个孩子流产后的一个月，又急急忙忙地怀了第二胎、第三台&hellip;&hellip;结果怀孕的时间最长的是八个月，最短的是四个月，都没有活下来。吴健智是母亲的第四个孩子，而在他之前已经生了两个姐姐和一个哥哥。 在吴健智降生的前一天，包括记者在内的15名旨在改变乡村教育、卫生状况的志愿者从北京、上海等地来到相邻的大洞村进行社会调查，这项行动得到黔东南州政协邵平南副主席和中国人寿保险公司前东南分公司的支持。10月3日下午两点多，记者和中国扶贫基金会的杜娟、首都经贸大学毕业生刘志洁被雍里乡党委书记罗朝明开车送到大塘村。 <img onload="javascript:if(this.width>screen.width-500)this.style.width=screen.width-500;" /> 下午4点，我们要去找村里的赤脚医生了解村里医疗卫生状况，李春艳就来了。她正急冲冲地往村头赶。她今年27岁，贵州省黎平卫校毕业，受到世界卫生组织的培训，成了村里唯一受过专业教育和专业培训的赤脚医生。 <img 记者问她为什么这样急，她说有一个刚出生的婴儿需要抢救，如果晚了可能就来不及了。在路上，记者一行从春燕口中得知，将要去的这家农户很穷，孩子中午出生的时候，曾经有过一声很响亮的啼哭，他们家为了感谢医生给他们带来的希望，将家里最后的两块钱都给了她，算作接生的费用。 　　　　　　春燕脚步飞快，除了刘志洁以外，其他人都跟不上她的脚步，她们最先赶到吴健智家。两分钟以后，我们才气喘吁吁地赶到大塘村237号。这237号是一栋两层的木结构建筑，一楼墙壁用几块木板拼凑而成，冬天四面透风；二楼的墙壁则是经过木匠精心加工过，木板严丝合缝，可以保证冬天不受寒风侵袭，屋顶盖上了杉树皮。 <img &ldquo;屋里窄小昏暗，还有一股浓重的余烬的味道&hellip;&hellip;在一间小黑屋里，放着一张仅有我书桌那么大的床，很黑很脏，床上是一个消瘦羸弱的妇女，脸上尽是岁月和痛苦刻下的痕迹，看不出年纪。床边，一个同样瘦弱的妇女怀中抱着一个红色的布包。布包里，我第一次看到了他，他是那么的小，那么的痛苦，五官都皱在一起，即使在这么昏暗的灯光下，也能清楚地看出他的脸色发紫，没有任何生命的迹象了。&rdquo; 这是几天以后刘志洁回忆最初见到吴健智的情景。当时刘志洁建议把孩子拿到比较宽敞的客厅里来。 　　这时是下午5点，离吴健智出生才4个小时。 <img src="http://photo.gznet.com/photos/1486110/1486110-LK743!sjAq.jpg" border="0" onclick="javascript:window.open(this.src);" alt= 孩子已经窒息，春燕的判断是因为早产，体内器官发育不全，出生时吸入羊水过多，造成气管堵塞。吴耶眯把孩子放在一只宽大的板凳上。春燕采用按压治疗的方法。她把小孩的两只小手放在他小小的胸上，用自己的手有节奏地按压孩子的小手。&ldquo;只要孩子哪怕只哭出一声，肺叶就会张开，事情就会好转。&rdquo; <img 　　李春燕放弃了这种方法。她将自己的嘴对准孩子的小嘴，轻轻一吸，随即将一口****的液体吐在随身带的纸巾里。她把目光定了定，又继续凑过去&hellip;&hellip;还是没有一点反应，皮肤继续青紫，渐渐失去光泽。 <img src="http://photo.gznet.com/photos/1486110/1486110-JLCBKbs9dN.jpg" border="0" 刘志洁的母亲是妇产科专家，在中国疾病预防控制中心工作，父亲是中科院专门研究试管婴儿的专家，所以她有一定的医疗知识，她一直在按压孩子的腮帮，配合春燕对孩子进行抢救。她还打电话向自己的母亲求救，母亲告诉她&ldquo;不容乐观，要做好准备&rdquo;。 　　&ldquo;有氧气没有？&rdquo;刘志洁问。 　　&ldquo;没有！&rdquo;春燕回答。 　　&ldquo;有温箱没有？&rdquo; 　　&ldquo;没有！&rdquo; 　　&ldquo;那，至少有消毒工具吧？&rdquo; 　　&ldquo;没有！也没有！！&rdquo; 　　刘志洁想，如果有氧气，有温箱，有消毒工具，或许能够挽救这个脸色青紫的孩子，但春燕的医疗装备只有两把止血钳、一把剪刀、一个听诊器、一个体温表，远远达不到挽救这个生命所必需的条件。&ldquo;好吧，如果能送最近的医院，可能还有一线希望，但是记住，不要太乐观了。劝劝他的家人吧。&rdquo; 　　&ldquo;乡医院的条件比我这里好不了多少。没有氧气，也没有温箱。只有送县医院。&rdquo;李春燕答道。 　　&ldquo;去县医院！&rdquo;刘志洁斩钉截铁。 <img src="http://photo.gznet.com/photos/1486110/1486110-ppR3fs2jvv.jpg" border="0" 奶奶吴耶眯显得很痛苦，第一反应是&ldquo;我们没有钱&rdquo;。刘志洁说&ldquo;我们有，我们给你们出&rdquo;。当时刘身上有1200元。 　　&ldquo;县城远多，没有车，来不快。&rdquo;吴耶眯说出了不送孩子去医院的第二条理由。杜娟说打120，李春燕说有20多公里，山路，急救车来回至少需要一个小时，怕来不及。 　　&ldquo;找罗书记。&rdquo;杜娟动作麻利地打通了罗的手机，请他开车送孩子到医院去治疗。罗回答&ldquo;马上到&rdquo;。当天晚上我们还准备为大塘村放电影，所有的机器设备都放在罗书记的车上。接到电话，罗书记就很快把电影放映设备卸了，开着车往村头跑。 　　吴耶眯仍然迟疑不决，她担心孩子死在路上，不愿意让孩子离开家。当地有个习俗，如果刚出生的孩子在外边死了，就要把他埋在路边上，而不能把他抱回家。刘志洁说：&ldquo;你把孩子随身用的东西带在身上，就像在家一样。&rdquo; 　　从里屋跨出一个男人，从脸上的风霜刀剑来看，大约有30岁左右（实际才26岁），他大概就是孩子的父亲。只见他用苗语队伍也米耳语了几句，吴耶眯才终于答应把孩子送往医院。 &ldquo;唐朝发型，宋代服饰，明清建筑，魏晋遗风&rdquo;成为联合国教科文组织认定的&ldquo;人类心灵的最后的家园&rdquo;而享誉世界，但其落后的经济让该村拥有250名学生的学校2000年春天流失了200名学生，起医疗条件曾经和大塘不相上下。 　　汽车开出岜沙1公里时，距离县城只有2.5公里。吴耶眯将头伸出左边的车窗呕吐。刘志洁要求停车，把她扔在路上，回来时再装上她。说着说着，她将头伸出了右边的车窗。 <img src="http://photo.gznet.com/photos/1486110/1486110-enZB!P7Pvq.jpg" border="0"
