please suggest a broadband ISP in Shanghai !

I left there for long, and eventually I have chance to go back the have a break there, well, I do not smoke, drink achohle.. but get ont to net...go to places like here and try to help my daughter out a bit.

So I cannot stay in a place without internet access, it is joke really!

please, if anyone is from shanghai, give me some idea about the service and charges... of those broadband ISP in Shanghai...
