麦田计划——

    一个单纯的个人行为，只要条件许可，本人将每年都坚持实施一次以上的“麦田计划”。基本内容：一、自资购买学生学习用品和学校教学教具、文体用品，并亲自送到贫困山区学生和学校手里。二、奖励优秀学生。三、为学生上课外课，丰富学生课外生活。（注：坚持单纯个人行为的原因是：一、保证个人行为的自主性；二、保证行为的可操作性；三、避免因捐款而产生的怀疑和混乱） 。

    这是一次非常有意义的体验，在那有着1300年历史的古村落，在有着浓厚文化基奠的高山学校，在那海拔2 500米高山上的平原，在那个参天的千年古树下，在一百多个天真烂漫的小脸蛋前，我上了我人生第一堂美术课。课堂气氛很活跃，我和同学们之间互相交流，我们的笑声和歌声不断在大山中回荡。

我画一点就让同学们猜一下我画什么，他们都很聪明，有时一笔就让他们猜到了！

我给全校每个同学赠送了一套彩笔和纸，让他们回去画画，好的还有奖励。

皂角达全校只有四十多名小学生

这是一所看到都会心酸的校园，学校很破败，大部分玻璃窗都坏了。

我决定再出钱把全校所有窗户玻璃都换上新的，看，崭新的玻璃窗，以后孩子们就无惧风雨了。

这是一所被遗忘的小学，看见校门牌都没有，我决定再为他们定做了一块。

看小同学兴奋的样子，有什么比这种回报更值得欣慰的！



当“皂角达小学”校长亲自向我表达希望建一个小图书室的愿望时，我没有丝毫考虑就答应了。我想：这个愿望，我、我们的麦田将义不容辞。

也捐过，1个孩子小学6年的全部费用（呵呵，工薪阶层能力有限，我想只资助1个孩子直到大学毕业），之前说会给我写信，汇报成绩什么的，我也想知道地址后，经常带女儿去看看（据说是跟着爷爷奶奶过，我想多给她点爱），可钱汇出后，就石沉大海了。呵呵，还是通过妇联捐的。
有时候有些事怎么说呢，如果我也生5个6个孩子，那我们家也得是救助对象！
