哎。什么时候中国人民全民吃老鼠，就是老鼠灭亡的开始了。

为了忘却的纪念

今天看报纸说山东省松树的天敌“松毛虫”几近灭绝了，原因是那虫炸了好吃，3斤可卖到100元。现在，正在为虫害犯愁的辽宁葫芦岛的人知道了，首先在林业系统内部开展吃虫活动，准备不久向全市推广呢。

老鼠肉而已，没什么大不了的，我在八、九岁的时候也吃过的。老鼠看上去恶心，不过吃着真的很香，当时我还小也是壮着胆子尝了一点，但是记忆蛮深刻的，呵呵！

因为我经常被他们放在火上烤 吃烤鼠肉下酒 ：珞巴人喜欢用烤鼠肉来招待贵客。烤老鼠都是当着客人的面进行的，主人用一截竹子从老鼠屁股里捅进去，放在火上烤，烤好后剁成段再配以佐料即大功告成；另一种方法是将老鼠连毛一起切成一段，放在竹筒中在火旁烤，什麽时候来了贵客什麽时候打开竹筒请客人食用，吃的时候把带毛的皮撕去就行了。珞巴人喜欢以自酿的鸡爪谷酒待客，以示敬意。敬酒时，女主人跪在地上，用瓢端酒，客人喝一口，女主人添一次，酒碗始终是满的。最有意思的是，女主人在添酒前，倒一点在手心里，先喝一口尝尝，以示酒是干净的没有下毒。另外，珞巴人把饭菜放在半边竹筒里，用手抓吃，别有情趣。
