很可能是吃腻了吃些消化的药和多多喝水。

如果是母乳喂养，妈妈多吃几块西瓜就好了。
或者直接给宝宝喂点西瓜汁。
记得同同四个月时也有一次这样，我多吃点西瓜，他就有了大便，而且一点也不干。

记得在一本育儿杂志上看过如果小孩是吃母乳的,一周没大便也还算正常。我的小外甥也曾四五天没大便过。
按我们这说法可能是母亲吃了比较热性的食物火气大，吃寒凉的食物调整下就好。
