<font color="red">2004年2月13日18时(北京时间)，第47届世界新闻摄影比赛(WPP)评选在荷兰阿姆斯特丹揭晓。     <font color="indigo">世界新闻摄影比赛(WORLD PRESS PHOTO，简称“WPP”，通称“荷赛”)，由总部设在荷兰的世界新闻摄影基金会(WORLD PRESS PHOTO FOUNDATION)主办。该会成立于1955年，自1957年举办第一届世界新闻摄影比赛以来，迄今已举办了46届。　　该比赛是世界上规模最大、最有威望的新闻摄影比赛之一，它的宗旨是“促进信息的自由、不受限制的交流，鼓励高水平的专业新闻摄影标准”，对全世界新闻摄影事业的发展起了重大的推动作用。    “荷赛”分突发新闻、一般新闻、新闻人物、日常生活、人像、体育、艺术、科学与技术、自然与环境共9类，基本覆盖了新闻摄影的各个方面。每类还分单幅和组照(最多不超过12幅)两项。大赛从所有参赛作品9类18项中评出年度最佳新闻奖金银铜奖和“年度照片”一张，并由儿童评委会从当年部分获奖图片中选一张为“儿童奖”。　  第47届“荷赛”共收到来自124个国家和地区的4176位专业摄影师的63093幅作品，参赛作品之多创了“荷赛”的历史记录。其中，80.7%的参赛作品是以数码作品形式参赛的，比起2003年第46届“荷赛”的69 结网捕食，是蜘蛛独特的生存本领。靠着它腹部的纺织腺分泌出的液体，拉出了一根根如此纤细却又富有弹性拉力的丝。可以说，这是世界上最优秀的材料，蜘蛛象一名纺织能手，网罗了一片属于自己的生活领空。由于种类、习性的不同，网的形态各异，有天幕网、漏状网、不规则网和盆网等。其中，最精致的便是车轮状圆网，呈放射状，如同中国古代的八卦阵。这些蜘蛛网成为林间生物链中一道独特美丽的风景。这组照片是2003年7、8月间几个雨后的早上，在辽宁铁岭龙首山上拍摄的。<img
