好莱坞纪录片《真实的西藏》在京首映

为保证客观公正，《真实的西藏》由蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司独自斥资完成。《真实的西藏》从西方人的视角出发，用大量第一手的影像和栩栩如生的历史细节向西方世界展示了一个除去神秘面纱的青藏高原，说明了西藏和中国几千年来不可分割的关系，驳斥了某些别有用心的媒体和势力对西藏这一历史问题的刻意歪曲。里比说：“一帧影像可以抵过万语千言，而我的纪录片讲述的是千真万确的事实。”

　　对于多年来一直坚持以中国为主题进行拍摄，里比有着自己的见解：“中国在国际媒体圈内缺少话语权，西方媒体却不断地报道有关中国的负面新闻。向西方媒体发出挑战，让世界知道中国的伟大之处是我的使命。二十一世纪是中国的世纪，不管西方世界国家愿意与否。”

美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司总裁克里斯蒂·里比(Chris D. NeBe)与中外新闻社总裁韦燕举行战略合作签约仪式

鉴于甲方中外新闻社在国际社会的影响力，乙方美国蒙纳瑞克斯(Monarex)好莱坞电影公司在中国的使命，中外新闻社愿意发挥自身优势，为美国蒙纳瑞克斯(Monarex)好莱坞电影公司在中国城市拍摄纪录片提供强有力的支持，共同向西方世界展示和宣传一个真实的中国，共同打造两国在文化、影视等领域的合作平台。经友好协商，双方感觉合作机缘成熟，互补性较大，双方决定结为『战略合作伙伴 』关系，并达成以下共识：
    Based on the domestic and international influences of (China) Home and Abroad News Press and the remarkable missions of (U.S.A) Monarex Hollywood Corporation in China, Home and Abroad News Press is willing to provide strong support to Monarex Hollywood Corporation with its leading market advantages and extensive networks in Chinese cities. The common goal for both parties is to reveal and promote a real China to the Western world through cooperation in culture, film and entertainment sectors. After friendly consultations, both parties realized that the opportunity for cooperation is being matured with great complementarities and finally reached an important consensus. As a result, the Memorandum of Understanding on a Strategic Cooperation has been made with the following clauses:

1.中外新闻社、中外新闻网记者将把宣传美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司团队在中国各城市拍摄纪录片的工作列入正常的采访工作，追踪报道美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司团队拍摄纪录片进程，同时聘请美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司总裁克里斯蒂•里比(Chris D. NeBe)作为中外新闻社西方文化高级顾问，共同撰写合作的相关消息、评论和报道等；
1.Home and Abroad News Press and the Home and Abroad News website will actively promote the works of Monarex Hollywood Corporation in China, and continuously report and record the film making progress in different Chinese cities. Also, Home and Abroad News Press would like to invite the CEO of Monarex Hollywood Corporation Mr. Chris D. NeBe to be the Senior Consultant on Western Cultures for Home and Abroad News Press. The two parties will co-author and comment on related news, commentaries and reports, etc.

2.中外新闻社及时向美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司提供在中国各城市拍摄纪录片有价值的信息，并做好相关政府的联络工作。
2.Home and Abroad News Press will provide valuable information about making documentary films in different Chinese cities to Monarex Hollywood Corporation and make necessary efforts to liaison with municipal, provincial and central governments in China.

3.中外新闻社从2013年10月起，将在《中外新闻》杂志上以中英文不定期的宣传中国政府和城市与乙方的合作项目。每期免费安排2个版面，全年6期，拟出版2年共24个版面，中外新闻网网站同步宣传，让更多的中国政府官员和人民对美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司有更深刻地了解和认识；
3.Home and Abroad News Press will irregularly publish and promote cooperative projects between Monarex Hollywood Corporation and various Chinese cities in the Home and Abroad News magazine starting with the October 2013 issue. Home and Abroad News Press will offer two pages (free of charge) in each issue of the magazine (total six pages per year and twelve pages for the two year period) to Monarex Hollywood Corporation. Also, the Home and Abroad News website will take synchronized publicity to promote such projects; in return,  the Chinese government officers and residences will gain more understanding and knowledge about Monarex Hollywood Corporation and its films.

4.中外新闻社将与美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司不定期举行高层会吾，磋商、策划、举办相关的专题活动、联谊活动，双方本着积极互动、优势互补的原则，真诚合作、共谋发展；
4.Home and Abroad News Press and Monarex Hollywood Corporation will irregularly hold high-level exchange meetings to discuss, plan and run various special topic and recreational activities to actively develop the bilateral relationships with complimentary advantages, serenity and mutual understandings.   

5.乙方美国蒙纳瑞克斯好莱坞电影公司将利用自身的条件和优势向中外新闻社提供直接或间接的支持和帮助，使《中外新闻》这一国际主流媒体得到更多的发展机会；
5.Monarex Hollywood Corporation will utilize its own strengths and advantages to directly or indirectly assist and support Home and Abroad News Press to explore growth potentials and momentums. This is based on mutual positive interactions, the principle of complimentary advantages and friendly cooperation and common development;

6.中外新闻社每期向乙方赠送《中外新闻》杂志10套。
6.Home and Aboard News Press will offer ten free copies of each issue of Home and Abroad News magazine to Monarex Hollywood Corporation.

以上条款内容，双方在合作过程中根据形势的变化或其他的因素再进行调整和修正。预祝双方的合作能为推进国际社会的和平、发展作出贡献。
The above terms are subject to amendments according to internal or external changes or other uncontrollable factors. We sincerely wish this cooperation success in order to allow for both parties to make material contributions to the international society.
