标题: 小孩喜欢趴着睡，有问题吗？
小孩睡觉总喜欢趴着睡（肚子朝下），有问题吗？问他，他说那样子舒服。让他脸朝上，他睡一会儿，说不好睡，又翻过去了。

听说小孩很小的时候趴着睡是好的，但大了趴着睡就会对心脏不好。不过我小孩有的时候也会趴着睡。

提倡幼儿可以趴着睡，但是大了就不应该总是趴着睡了，心脏压力大对身体的血液循环不是很好
大人睡觉手也不应该放在胸口上，以免心脏长期受压影响血液循环。
其实你也可以试试趴着睡的感觉就知道了

好像孩子小的时候大部分时间都是趴着睡觉的，大一点就会好一些！

我家儿子最近也爱趴着睡觉，不知是啥原因。他现在已五岁了，不会有啥问题吧！

欧美小孩大都趴着睡，因为这样可以防止压迫大脑，有利于大脑发育
不过趴着睡时要注意周围没有杂物，免得妨碍小孩呼吸，甚至引起窒息。
