sxmsc+2005-08-19 15:57-->引用:sxmsc @ 2005-08-19 15:57 我不知道此话该不该说.我觉得用故事书学英语----效果并不见得好.我们是个非母语国家,平时接触英语机会并不多,用英语故事教孩子英语,对家长英语要求比较高,而且故事从欣赏角度看不错,但学英语就有些牵强.比如苏斯的书,里面有的单词大人都无法理解.故事书选择还要有一定梯度,句型和单词要有反复,这样才能循序渐进,在这方面大多数故事书做不到.这也是我没有选择用故事书让孩子学英语的原因.也许我的想法有点功利,这些故事给孩子欣赏或开阔眼界还是不错的.当然既有欣赏性又有学习性的故事书不是没有,比如清华的分级读物,外文书店原版My first book系列的书(薄薄的每本至少28元),这比较考验荷包,我的荷包不太合格,呵呵,苦笑

lotusleaf+2005-08-22 20:40-->引用:lotusleaf @ 2005-08-22 20:40 再推销一下TPR,TPR是把句子或短语用动作给孩子表现出来,孩子边听边做动作,对于记忆基本的动词和句子很有好处,前几天给孩子读puppy too small的故事(感谢发布者),里面有puppy can't reach the doorknob,女儿马上就跑到门边假装够不着门把手,我就说,you are too small. You can't reach the doorknob. 一会儿她又够着了,我又说You're a big girl now. You can reach the doorknob. 这些故事书里的句子很经典,稍加变化就可以和孩子一起表演了,孩子很喜欢。
