Today, is Miserable Monday, a day of doom and dread. I am Felicity Levine and I have to go to work! I quickly got of my bed, put on a sickly lavender coloured shirt with sickly lavender coloured trousers. I hate the sickly colour of lavender, but it is my company's colour, just like school colours. I have to go to work because in Catane, you only have to go to school for 6 years. This is my second year of working in my company. I ate a breakfast of tuna sandwiches with salmon mayonnaise, took my bag, and left. Also it was quite early([url=]7:30 AM[/url]), the streets were filled with people. I hurried to the bus, I put a coin inside a box, and sat down. I watched as the bus passed Willow Road, Vesper Avenue, Sports Stadium, and more roads, avenues, and streets. Finally, the conductor called out:" Cat Literature Company!" Finally, I was at my workplace, Cat Literature Company. Cat Literature was strange.There is at least 2,000 writers, 1,000 poets, and many editors, writers and poets were given a thing to write, and the things we wrote are made in to a book, or poetry collection, and we earn money. I got down from the bus, and entered Cat Literature. It was a sickly lavender colour, as you expected. Cats hurried to their offices, some ran up the stairs, some ran down the stairs, some collided into others. "Ouch!" I screeched. "Sorry. Oh! It's you, Felicity Levine !"said editor Mirelle, as I realised." There is a new project for a book! She quickly went up he stairs. I went to my office, as usual. ......

Chapter 2 A New Project I opened the door of the office. "Good morning!" I said. "Good morning!" Everybody echoed. I quickly sat down at my table, opened my computer. "Felicity! We are working on a project! It's about unicorns!" Said my friend, Celestia DeLeure. Unicorns? I thought. We have many strange projects, including sliding doors, mangoes, and Mexican food. But unicorns? But anyway, I started to type. But what to write about? I don't know a thing about unicorns, like a zookeeper know nothing about rambutans. But, to my luck, my deux ex machina came, just in time. "Well, unicorns a mythical creatures that are valued for their tail fur and their horn. Are they are probably nocturnal." Said my deux ex machina Celestia. " I only know this much." " Thank you Celestia." I said, gratefully. And typed away. This is my work: Unicorns are mythical creatures that are valued for their tail fur and horn. They are also nocturnal. A lot of kittens like them. Finished! I stretched out. " There are 6 more." Said Celestia." She handed me a sheet of paper. I yawned. " And also this is the lunch paper." She went to her desk. Today's menu was: Roast duck 15 Coins Roast pork 10 Coins Spaghetti Bolognese 20 Coins Spaghetti 10 Coins Miso soup 5 Coins Celebratory Platter 30 Coins "I'm having roast duck" I decided. "Well, I think we should just each hand out 15 coins, and buy a celebratory platter!" Suggested Celestia. " It's delicious!" "OK." I agreed. Soon, our lunch arrived, along with our wage. " 50 coins? That's a lot!" My other friend Augusta Blanche, a poet said." I wrote a poem called a couplet, and only got 30 coins!" " Can you show me your couplet?" Asked Celestia. "Of course!" Said Augusta. " It goes like this: Unicorns are shiny and bright, They only came out at night." "That's wonderful!" I said. " Maybe we can enjoy the platter together!" "Sure!" Said Augusta. And we ate and ate and ate and ate, until we finished all the platter. " I'd better go." Said Augusta." I am going to write about flip-flops!"
