标题: 求助：为什么我的word总是要在安全模式下才能打开？ [打印本页]

标题: 求助：为什么我的word总是要在安全模式下才能打开？
昨天晚上，我的word突然打不开，显示下面的对话框：
[attach]13850[/attach]

在点击了“发送错误报告”或“不发送”按钮。又出现了下图的对话框：[attach]13852[/attach]

在此如果选择“是”，Word 将进入“安全模式”。在这种模式下，Word将仅显示空白窗口，需要再手动打开文档才能显示。如果选择“否”，则Word又将弹出“发送或不发送错误对话框”，陷入了死循环。

我重启了电脑后问题依旧。百度了一下，给出了一些解决的办法，但是看得我头都晕啦。

是不是需要重做系统？我最烦重做系统了，好多软件都得重新安装……请问论坛的电脑高手，有好的、方便的解决办法吗？

系统不用重作，将office或wps软件卸载，然后再下载个最新的版本，将此软件再安装一次就可以了

看看这招管用不？英文的，中文名称我不会。

1 Open WORD in safe mode when prompted.  安全模式下运行Words
2. Go to pull-down menu "Tools", submenu under it "Macros", sub-sub-menu "Visual Basic"  下拉菜单--工具-->>......
3. Load and save normal.dot 或 normal.dotm that it shows.  打开并保存 normal.dot / normal.dotm 这个文件
Exit WORD and it opens normally.  退出 Words 再重开就好了。

根据网上用户的交流，这类问题一般上是 template 内的文件出现问题导致的。。。

不知道你的Windows 和 Words是那个版本的。。。。。有些设置不同版本不同位置。
如果不行，试试这些：

If you have not changed the default location (which it appears you have not) enter or copy

C:\Users\<YOUR_USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

to the address window of Windows Explorer or your Internet Explorer browser (not Firefox etc) and you should be taken to the folder that contains the default template - which for Word 2007 is normal.dotm. Note that this folder is normally hidden which is why you could not find it by browsing. Rename normal.dotm to oldnormal.dotm

Move all templates from there to another folder.
Then go to c:\document and settings\current user\application data\microsoft\templates and do the same here.

Maybe some of your templates are really corrupt.

In my case the problem was resolved by removing the Bluetooth add-in. Go File>Options>Add-Ins and at the bottom "Manage" Coms add-ins and uncheck Send to Bluetooth.

大多数是word默认模版文件被改了，如果是默认模版文件被改的话，重装OFFICE是不能解决的，最简单有效的办法是找到默认模版的位置，删了默认模版就可以了。默认模版所在的位置默认是隐藏的，需要设置显示默认文件夹，才能找到。路径看楼上的。还不行的话试试下面的修复软件。

非常感谢！这个word修复软件太好用了，几秒钟就下下来啦！打开软件，一秒钟就搞定了。现在word已经能够正常运行啦。
