我是想说那个做土豆饼的问题,做土豆饼时,调料里边有鸡精,我好像一直都有这么个概念,鸡精在油锅里炸后会产生有毒物质,我也忘了是什么毒了,反正我对于要炸的东西从不放鸡精。你认为呢?

材料:茄子一个,切成角状。西红柿2个,切成牙状备用。蒜瓣适量,切成片备用。生抽,老抽,糖。植物油适量。

面糊:面粉和水调成稠糊糊,加一点盐调匀。

把茄子放到糊糊里,挂上面浆,同时做锅放油,加热。

开始煎茄子:把茄子块儿放入油中,用筷子翻个,直到煎到几个面金黄色。

炸好了照个相:就是这个样子,或者还可以黄些。但里面已经很软了,因为有面糊,所以茄子不会烂掉。

贫家孩子,小时候不大吃得肉,最爱吃的就是红烧茄子,现在想起来是因为红烧茄子油水多(6岁时幸运有两天自己当家去食堂打菜自己吃了两天的红烧茄子),不过茄子还是成了除叶菜外最喜欢的蔬菜,要试试香烧茄子,怀念20-30年前中国土茄(长长弯弯的,产量不高的那种).

谢谢楼主。告诉大家,肚子里有黑膜是水受了污染得,但是海鱼好些,还有在鱼池里鱼是分层得,草鱼在最下面,淤泥里钻,最脏,中层是啥忘了,最上层得是鲤鱼,水清干净,上两层鱼得粪便都被草鱼吃了,所以还是吃海鱼和鲤鱼吧。
