Thanks for asking. My area had lots of rain and wind. A few areas of our town are without electricity but my area only lost it for a few minutes. At least it wasn't snow! New England weather is very fickle. It changes all the time. South of us in New York and New Jersey got hit harder. Thank goodness we are all fine. Thank you for your concern.

The Chicago area is feeling some of the effects of Hurricane Sandy. We are experiencing very high winds with some areas even losing power. The lights have flickered a few times here tonight already. I just wanted to let you know just in case we lose power. If by chance, we do lose power, I will see if I can send you word on my phone through an e-mail, but I'm not sure if the winds will affect phone reception. I will lie down for a while now. I just could't sleep with the storm rocking the condo complex. We had a few connection problems, but we made it through ok.
