3-5岁朗读秀专用帖

送金币，订娃娃亲----亲子共读俱乐部一周年庆典活动

儿童英语的“亲子共读俱乐部”成立一年了，许多同学坚持得非常好，小会员们收获颇丰。现在到了“秀宝贝”的时刻了。（奏乐：当当当----当----）

请您推荐孩子最喜欢的一本英文亲子书，并请孩子朗读最喜欢的一个片段，只要您帖出书的封面及朗读内页，并将音频上传，就可以获得一百金！

另外，所有参加活动的宝贝，只要有近照，即可列入论坛准女婿、准儿媳数据库，十年后陆续组织相亲（达到法定结婚年龄啊）

此次活动持续一个月，到感恩节----11月的第四个星期四（11月25日），将组织评奖活动。由大家投票，分年龄段评选出“最佳朗读奖”（每组三个），奖励500金

In the light of the moon a little egg lay on a leaf.
One Sunday morning the warm sun came up and – pop! – out of the egg came a tiny and very hungry caterpillar.
He started to look for some food.
On Monday he ate through one apple.
But he was still hungry.
On Tuesday he ate through two pears, but he was still hungry.
On Wednesday he ate through three plums, but he was still hungry.
On Thursday he ate through four strawberries, but he was still hungry.
On Friday he ate through five oranges, but he was still hungry.
On Saturday he ate through one piece of chocolate cake, one ice-cream cone, one pickle, one slice of Swiss cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop, one piece of cherry pie, one sausage, one cupcake, and one slice of watermelon.
That night he had a stomachache!
The next day was Sunday again.
The caterpillar ate through one nice green leaf, and after that he felt much better.
Now he wasn’t hungry any more — and he wasn't a little caterpillar any more.
He was a big, fat caterpillar.
He built a small house, called a cocoon, around himself. He stayed inside for more than two weeks. Then he nibbled a hole in the cocoon, pushed his way out and …
he was a beautiful butterfly!

The Gruffalo
A mouse took a stroll through the deep dark wood.
A fox saw the mouse and the mouse looked good.
“Where are you going to, little brown mouse?
Come and have lunch in my underground house.”
“It’s terribly kind of you, Fox, but no—
I’m going to have lunch with a gruffalo.”
“A gruffalo, Mouse? What’s a gruffalo?”
“A gruffalo, Fox? I’m surprised you don’t know!”
“He has terrible tusks, and terrible claws, and terrible teeth in his terrible jaws.”
“Where are you meeting him?”
“Here, by these rocks…
and his favorite food is roasted fox.”
“Roasted what? Oh, my!” Fox said.
“Good-bye, little mouse,” and away he sped.
“Silly old Fox! Doesn’t he know?
There’s no such thing as a gruffalo!”
On went the mouse through the deep dark wood.
An owl saw the mouse and the mouse looked good.
“Where are you going to, little brown mouse?
Join me for tea in my treetop house.”
“It’s frightfully nice of you, Owl, but no--”
I’m going to have tea with a gruffalo.”
“A gruffalo, Mouse? What’s a gruffalo?”
“A gruffalo, Owl? I’m surprised you don’t know!”
“He has knobbly knees, and turned-out toes,
and a poisonous wart at the end of his nose.”
“Where are you meeting him?”
“Here, by this stream…
And his favorite food is owl ice cream.”
“Owl ice cream? Too-whit! Too-whoo!
Good-bye, little mouse,” and away Owl flew.
“Silly old Owl! Doesn’t he know?
There’s no such thing as a gruffalo!”
On went the mouse through the deep dark wood.
A snake saw the mouse and the mouse looked good.
“Where are you going to, little brown mouse?
Come for a feast in my log-pile house.”
“It’s wonderfully good of you, Snake, but no—
I’m having a feast with a gruffalo.”
“A gruffalo, Mouse? What’s a gruffalo?”
“A gruffalo, Snake? I’m surprised you don’t know!”
“His eyes are orange. His tongue is black.
He has Sharp purple prickles cover his back.”
“Where are you meeting him?”
“Here, by this lake…
and his favorite food is scrambled snake. ”
“Scrambled snake? It’s time hid!
Good-bye, little mouse,” and away Snake slid.
“Silly old Snake! Doesn’t he know?
There’s no such thing as a gruffal…
“Oh!”
But what is this creature with terrible claws,
and terrible teeth in its terrible jaws?
Are those knobbly knees and turned-out toes?
Is that a poisonous wart at the end of its nose?
Are those eyes orange? Is that tongue black?
Do sharp purple prickles cover its back?
“Oh, yes! Oh, no!
A GRUFFALO!”
“My favorite food!” the gruffalo said.
“You’ll taste good on a slice of bread!”
“Good?” said the mouse. “Don’t call me good!
I’m the scariest creature in this deep dark wood.
Just walk behind me and soon you’ll see,
Everyone is afraid of me.”
“Oh, sure!” said the gruffalo, bursting with laughter.
“You lead the way and I’ll follow after.”
They hadn’t walked far when the gruffalo said,
“I hear a slither in the grass ahead.”
“It’s Snake,” said Mouse. “Why, snake, hello!”
Snake stared hard at the gruffalo.
“Oh, shivers!” hissed Snake, “Good-bye, little mouse,”
and slid right into his log-pile house.
“You see?” said Mouse. “I told you so.”
“Hard to believe,” said the gruffalo.
They walked some more till the gruffalo said,
“I hear hooting in the trees ahead.”
“It’s Owl,” said Mouse. “Why, Owl, hello!”
Owl stared hard at the gruffalo.
“Boo-whoo!” screeched Owl, “Good-bye, little mouse,”
and flew right up to his treetop house.
“You see?” said Mouse. “I told you so.”
“You may be right,” said the gruffalo.
They walked some more till the gruffalo said,
“I hear paws on the path ahead.”
“It’s Fox, ” said Mouse. “Why, Fox, hello!”
Fox stared hard at the gruffalo.
“Oh, help!” barked Fox, “Good-bye, little mouse,”
and scampered into his underground house.
“Well, Gruffalo,” said Mouse, “don’t you agree?
Everyone in the wood is afraid of me!
But now my tummy is beginning to rumble,
and my favorite food is…gruffalo crumble!”
“Gruffalo crumble!” the gruffalo said,
and quick as the wind he turned and fled.
Then all was quiet in the deep dark wood.
The mouse found a nut and the nut was good.

抢占前排的位置，这几天正好在试着录音，等弄好了传上来

才发现好困难啊，檬檬读的快而不清，发上来都不好意思。等我慢慢弄啊

昨天晚上临睡前，让她念了一次下周一要演讲的《my favorite animal》，直接上传视频吧，照片也可以免了，呵呵。

My favorite animal

My favorite animal is dolphin. They live in the blue ocean.
They can swim fast and jump back and forth. And they are cute，smart and beautiful.
Dolphins are gray and they look like fish, but they are mammals. And fish in deep sea is their favorite food.
Dolphins can be trained by people because they can learn things very quickly.
They are good acrobats. I have seen them playing funny tricks in the zoo. That’s so interesting.
They are very friendly. They always look like smiling and get along well with others. so I love them very much.

音频可以先传到土豆或其他地方，然后在帖子里选择插入flash。

照片如果太大，可用QQ截图的功能，选择想上传的部分，保存成比较小的文件。这样上传和显示都可以快一些。

So the bad troll did just that.
Then the big billy goat looked at the field over the bridge.

But the bad troll jumped out.

He put his head down and ran at the bad troll.
He tossed the bad troll high up into the air.

积极参与论坛活动，Kevin也来冒个泡。这一阵刚好在听赖世雄的童话故事，Kevin自己选了Hansel and Gretel来读，故事挺长，读完一看有十几分钟，太长了，所以就节选了其中的片段，在此跟大家交流一下，谢谢！

When the sun comes up, Hansel and Gretel try to find their way home. They look and look, but they can't find their house. Then they see something wonderful. It is a house made of candy! It has cake walls, sugar windows, and a chocolate roof.
The children quickly run to the house. Hansel jumps on the roof and begins to eat the chocolate. Gretel takes a piece of cake from a wall. They are both very happy. They don't see an old woman come out of the house.
The old woman is very ugly. When the children see her, they are frightened.
"Are you eating my house?" asks the old woman. "You must be very hungry! Come inside and eat some more. You are welcome to stay with me."
Hansel and Gretel feel better. The old woman seems nice. They go into the house with her. There is hot food waiting on a table. They haven't eaten hot food for many days. They eat it up quickly.
The old woman shows the children two beds. They are both tired. They fall asleep very soon. The old woman looks at the two sleeping children. She smiles and rubs her hands together.
The old woman is not really so nice. She is a witch, and she likes to eat children! That is why she lives in a candy house. When children see it, they run to it.
The witch wakes up early in the morning. Hansel and Gretel are still sleeping. She grabs Hansel and puts him into her stable. Then she locks the door. Hansel screams and screams, but nobody hears him.
The witch walks back into the house. She wakes Gretel and tells her to cook some food for Hansel.
　　"Where is my brother, and why do I have to cook for him?" she asks.
　　"Your brother is in my stable," says the witch. "You will cook lots of food for him, and he will get fat. Then I will eat him!"
Gretel cries, but she can't do anything. Every day, she cooks a big dinner for Hansel. The witch gives her only bread to eat. The good food she cooks is for Hansel.
One day, the witch goes to the stable. She wants to know if Hansel is fat. She asks to see one of his fingers. Hansel gives her a bone from his dinner. The witch can't see well. She thinks Hansel's finger is as thin as a bone.
　　"Hurry up and get fat!" she yells at Hansel. "I'm getting hungry!"
The next day, the witch is even hungrier. She wants to eat something now. She wants to eat Hansel and Gretel together. She lights a fire in the oven, then she calls to Gretel.
　　"I'm going to cook your brother today," she tells Gretel. "Get into the oven and tell me how hot it is."
Gretel doesn't want to climb into the oven. She knows that the witch will cook her. "How do I go inside?" asks Gretel.
" You silly girl. It's easy to do," the witch replies angrily. "Watch me. You open the door, and you put your head inside. Do it like this."
The witch puts her head into the oven. Gretel pushes her into the oven. She quickly closes the door. The witch screams because she can't get out. Slowly, her screams get quieter. She is dead! Gretel takes the witch's keys, and runs to the stable.
　　" Hansel! Hansel! The witch is dead!" cries Gretel. "I will let you out, and we can go home."

呵呵，俺家小孩是看图“背”诵的，在录音里，他停顿或者重复的地方，都是他没背好的地方

不考虑准确性，俺家小孩也能指着单词念出来

你太过奖了，其实我英语也不好。孩子英语的进步全都得益于这个论坛，一年多前初来论坛学习之后，才开始致力于儿子的英语教育，现在的进步是我去年不敢想的。这个论坛就是个宝库，你就潜心在此学习就是了。
至于他的读音，我也不知道算不算纯正，因为我自己也不行，我只觉得他的有些发音听着还有点味儿，这也不是指望我，而是多看多听从这论坛上下的资源，让孩子跟着电脑、电视学的结果。
希望以后共同进步。

儿子4岁8个月(06/03/21),从零基础学英语已经1年又2个月.本月14号晚朗读《轻松英语》小学版第4级第3本《The Adventurel of Tom Sawyer》：

宝宝读的是《泡泡1》中的incy wency spider 和fishy numbers。读的不错呢！我儿子前一阵子也超喜欢这两本小书。

看到、听到这么多宝宝都能读英文了，而且读的那么绘声绘色，发音还那么清晰、准确，我有点坐不住了！可是怎样才能让孩子学会读呢？我家宝宝Michael3岁12天，2岁半开始接触英文，现在只会复述音频或动画里的句子，没事自己念叨。说实话，听到儿子自己自言自语的念叨那些对白，我已经很高兴了。真的没想到不到3岁的娃娃竟然会读，而且还读的那么好！请教一下各位家长，你们是怎么做到这一点的？像我们这种情况是不是可以加入一些字母和单词的学习了呢？都用什么教材好呢？前几天用了Starfall ,儿子不是很喜欢呢。

我是用MP3录的WAV格式,然后再转换成MP3上传到土豆上,根据自己的情况,你可以用手机、MP3、采访机、DV、DC或电脑录音（电脑自带的“录音机”需VISTA以上的系统，否则就下载一个录音软件，用录音软件录音，因为XP及以下系统自带的“录音机”每次只能录1分钟）。

今天终于哄着kitten录了音,kitten四岁五个月。
kitten 读了forg and toad 中的A Swim

A Swim
Toad and Frog went down to the river.
“What a day for a swim,” said Frog.
“Yes,” said Toad.
“I will go behind these rocks and put on my bathing suit.”
“I don’t wear a bathing suit,” said Frog.
“Well, I do,” said Toad.
“After I put on my bathing suit, you must not look at me until I get into the water.”
“Why not?” asked Frog.
“Because I look funny in my bathing suit, That is why,” said Toad.
Frog closed his eyes when Toad came out from behind the rocks.
Toad was wearing his bathing suit.
“Don’t peek,” he said.
Frog and Toad jumped into the water.
They swam all afternoon.
Frog swam fast and made big splashes.
Toad swam slowly and made smaller splashes.
A turtle came along the riverbank, “Frog, tell that turtle to go away,” said Toad.
“I do not want him to see me in my bathing suit when I come out of the river.”
Frog swam over to the turtle.
“Turtle,” said Frog, “you will have to go away.”
“Why should I?” asked the turtle.
“Because Toad thinks that he looks funny in his bathing suit, and he does not want you to see him,” said Frog.
Some lizards were sitting nearby.
“Does Toad really look funny in his bathing suit?” they asked.
A snake crawled out of the grass.
“If Toad looks funny in his bathing suit,” said the snake, “then I, for one, want to see him.”
“We want to see him too,” said two dragonflies.
“Me too,” said a field mouse.
“I have not seen anything funny in a long time.”
Frog swam back to Toad.
“I am sorry, toad,” he said.
“Everyone wants to see how you will look.”
“Then I will stay right here until they go away,” said Toad.
The turtle and the lizards and the snake and the dragonflies and the field mouse all sat on the riverbank.
They waited for Toad to come out of the water.
“Please,” cried Frog, “please go away!”
But no one went away.
Toad was getting colder and colder.
He was beginning to shiver and sneeze.
“I will have to come out of the water,” said Toad. “I am catching a cold.”
Toad climbed out of the river. The water dripped out of his bathing suit and down onto his feet.
The turtle laughed. The lizards laughed. The snake laughed.
The field mouse laughed, and Frog laughed.
“What are you laughing at, Frog?” said Toad.
“I am laughing at you, Toad,” said Frog, “because you do look funny in your bathing suit.”
“Of course I do,” said Toad.
Then he picked up his clothes and went home.

kitten从去年九月开始学习英语，看了许多的原版动画，读了很少的书

，到了今年九月，突然有了质的飞跃，口语输出非常好，大概和说中国话一样，有感觉了

，听到她哭时，着急全说英语，爸爸就开玩笑说，kitten你是中国人还是外国人。
九月份上了半个月幼儿园，到十月份在上幼儿园时，kitten回家告诉我说，妈妈，我今天在幼儿园说英语了，我问是和英语老师说吗，kitten说不是，我在操场边跑边说，我还说can you catch me? 哎，你看把孩子憋得！！最近上幼儿园多了，说英语也少了。

之前放错地方了，这才找到家啊！
Tony 4岁半多了，刚刚开始phonics的学习，看了楼上那么多厉害的宝宝，好羡慕啊。
Hop on pop有些内容是Tony记住的，也有很多是自己读出来的，还有很多错误的读音，重在参与，不知道为什么放上来就有杂音，本来没有的。

Fat cat got up.
His back went up.

She ran back inside the house, and she got away from Fat cat.
But fat cat ran too fast.
