我们不会跳绳。一个都不会。
估计其他的都勉强。
练跆拳道时,仰卧起坐 基本每次都练。
立定跳1米以上没问题。
沙包不知道多沉,估计要技巧才行。
我们有力气,就是不会用。

跳绳,最好成绩70,在班里中上。
20米往返跑,最好成绩10秒,也是中上,平时感觉没几个小朋友跑过他。
10米(?)平衡木9秒6,最好。
投垒,15米多。
