是否有黑箱操作“嫌疑”？觉得应该提供查询手段，让大家明白某个id的威望增减记录。

估计历史原因，比如我是上周才知道这里有威望这个东东的。现在直接用数字现实威望，估计后面这个数字的使用率会高起来的：）
